Connecting Access Technology with the Future of Living and Working Spaces
On August 21, 2026, Netcab participated in Build Better HCMC 2026 as an Exhibitor, alongside technology partners Salto and igloo at the Sheraton Saigon Grand Opera Hotel, Ho Chi Minh City.
Organized by Hubexo, the event brought together more than 450 attendees and 30 exhibitors representing leading brands across building materials, technology, and construction solutions. Under the theme “Biophilic Design & Human Well-being,” Build Better HCMC 2026 provided a platform for industry professionals to explore how technology, design, and innovative solutions can contribute to better built environments for people.

Smart Access – A Part of the Modern Building Experience
At the exhibition, Netcab × Salto × igloo showcased Smart Access solutions and explored how modern access control technologies can be applied across different types of contemporary buildings.
While traditional Access Control primarily focuses on determining who is authorized to access a space, modern solutions are expanding the scope to include:
- Managing access rights
- Controlling time and access areas
- Flexible user management
- Delivering a more convenient access experience

The combination of Salto and igloo solutions opens up different approaches to access management for residential, hospitality, commercial buildings, and other spaces requiring smarter access control.
As an ICT & ELV solutions provider and system integrator, Netcab focuses on connecting technology with the practical requirements of each project — from solution design and infrastructure to system operation.
From Products to Real-World Solutions
One of the key values of the exhibition was the opportunity for visitors to experience the solutions firsthand, explore their capabilities, and discuss real-world access management needs.
Conversations at the booth covered a range of challenges faced by modern projects — from improving access control and simplifying user management to creating a better experience for building occupants.
For Netcab, this reflects a broader approach to Smart Access: it is not simply a door access device, but part of a complete building solution.
Connecting with Industry Partners
Build Better HCMC 2026 also provided Netcab with valuable opportunities to connect with architects, consultants, developers, contractors, and other professionals across the construction and building industry.
Through direct conversations during the event, Netcab gained further insight into market needs, shared its project experience, and explored new opportunities for collaboration with industry partners.
The collaboration between Netcab × Salto × igloo also reflects Netcab’s direction in connecting technology, infrastructure, and user experience to deliver solutions that better address the evolving requirements of modern buildings.

Building Better Through Better Connections
For Netcab, Build Better HCMC 2026 was more than an exhibition. It was an opportunity to connect with industry professionals, partners, and organizations shaping the future of the built environment in Vietnam.

Through its collaboration with Salto and igloo, Netcab continues to expand its ICT, ELV, and Smart Access solutions, contributing to buildings that are more secure, smarter, and more efficient to operate.
Better buildings start with better connections.
