MoMo Office Project is a large-scale structured cabling and ICT infrastructure deployment for one of Vietnam’s leading fintech companies at Phu My Hung Tower, Ho Chi Minh City. The project was designed to support a modern enterprise workspace with high-density network connectivity, AV integration, and long-term operational scalability within a Grade A office environment.

Context & Challenges

As one of Vietnam’s leading fintech companies, MoMo required a stable and scalable network infrastructure capable of supporting high-density office operations within a Grade A building environment.

The project required:

  • High-bandwidth connectivity with 10Gbps-ready infrastructure.
  • Seamless AV cabling connectivity for meeting rooms and collaborative spaces.
  • Strict compliance with Grade A building standards for safety, aesthetics, and construction management.
  • Long-term scalability for future expansion and operational growth.
  • Minimal disruption during deployment within an active office environment.

In addition to technical requirements, the project demanded close coordination between multiple stakeholders including the building management team, interior contractors, MEP teams, and MoMo’s internal IT department.

Netcab’s Solution

Netcab JSC deployed a structured cabling infrastructure for MoMo’s new office at Phu My Hung Tower, covering 5 office floors with more than 2,150 network nodes. The project included the implementation of a fiber optic backbone system, CommScope Cat.6 UTP horizontal cabling, and AV cabling infrastructure to support stable, high-speed connectivity across workstations, meeting rooms, executive workspaces, and collaborative areas.

Netcab also deployed professional rack and containment systems while performing labeling, testing, and certification in accordance with international TIA/EIA standards. The infrastructure was designed to ensure long-term scalability, reliable 10Gbps-ready connectivity, and stable day-to-day operation within a Grade A office environment.

Scope of Work

The project scope included:

  • Supply and installation of CommScope Cat.6 UTP cabling, fiber optic backbone cabling, and HDMI cabling for AV systems.
  • Deployment of structured cabling infrastructure including containment systems, patch panels, racks, faceplates, and cable terminations.
  • Installation of vertical fiber backbone systems and horizontal cabling to workstation and AV endpoints.
  • AV cabling infrastructure support for meeting rooms and multimedia spaces.
  • Labeling, testing, and as-built documentation in accordance with TIA/EIA standards.

The scope excluded patch cords and selected active network equipment.

Results & Value Delivered

Through the successful completion of the project, Netcab helped MoMo establish a stable, scalable, and enterprise-grade network infrastructure aligned with the operational requirements of a modern fintech office.
