Context & Initial Challenges

As two large-scale coastal resorts in Ba Ria-Vung Tau, The Grand Ho Tram Strip and Ixora Ho Tram required a high-performance ICT infrastructure to support thousands of guests and staff across hotel towers, villas, and shared facilities. The project demanded seamless network coverage, unified security systems, and centralized control – implemented within a tight schedule and in a challenging marine environment.

Netcab’s Solution

Netcab delivered a full-scope ICT and ELV infrastructure solution for the resorts. We deployed two structured cabling systems across different zones using Commscope Cat.6 + OM3/OS2 fiber and Siemon Cat.6 + OM3/OS2 fiber, ensuring reliable, high-speed data transmission. A resort-wide enterprise-grade Wi-Fi system was installed to provide stable connectivity across all indoor and outdoor areas. Netcab also implemented a high-definition CCTV system, RFID-based access control for guest rooms, and a centralized public address (PA) system for seamless internal communication and emergency announcements.

Results & Value

The completed infrastructure ensures uninterrupted wireless connectivity, enhanced security monitoring, and centralized control across the entire resort complex. Netcab’s unified, scalable system supports day-to-day operations and delivers a premium guest experience in line with 5-star hospitality standards.
